1964-75 Retrofit Seat Belt Retractable Lap Shoulder Harness Set, Black, Bench

Convert a vehicle that did not have shoulder harness seat belts dealer or factory installed or that has or had lap seat belts only to a combination 3-point retractable lap seat belt with shoulder harness. Installation hardware and detailed instructions are included.

This retrofit kit can be installed in to most vehicles that have factory reinforced shoulder harness bracket mounting bolt holes or have a reinforced area where attachment points can be created. Important Installation Information: Will not fit a convertible.

When vehicle has two upper reinforced shoulder harness mounting bolt holes the supplied stud plate adapter is used to convert from a 2 bolt mounting to single stud mounting. If vehicle does not have the 2 bolt upper shoulder harness mounting point a strong steel supported area will need to be located in order to install the supplied threaded reinforcing plate in order to mount the upper shoulder harness bracket. Buckle Size: 2 1/8 L (not including webbing slot) x 1 13/16th W x 3/4 H. Buckle Side: 20 with mounting bolt hole. Retractor: 3 5/8"W x 4"L x 2 3/8"H with 5/8" mounting bolt hole. Retractor Webbing Length Fully Extended: 133.

Shoulder Harness Door Post Bracket: 2 1/8 long with snap on bracket cover. Shoulder Harness Strap End Anchor: 6 1/2"L 1 1/2"W, 3" adjustment slot, 5/8" bolt hole.
